Hi, I’m Jac.
Mortgage broker.
Former social worker.
Professional question-asker. Human first.
I didn’t start my career in mortgages. I spent 17 years helping people navigate complicated lives. Turns out, that experience comes in pretty handy here.
Turns out, mortgages are pretty human.
01 — I ask a lot of questions.
Not because I want to make things complicated. Because the right mortgage starts with understanding what your life actually looks like.
02 — I’m comfortable with complicated.
Life doesn’t always fit neatly into a checkbox. Divorce, self-employment, changing careers, growing families, finances that aren’t perfectly tidy. I’ve spent my career helping people find their way through complicated things.
03 — Education over pressure.
My job isn’t to convince you to take a mortgage. It’s to make sure you understand your options well enough to make a decision you feel good about.
04 — I’m not disappearing after closing day.
Mortgages change. Rates change. Life changes. I want to be the person you come back to when it does.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before you call me.
Maybe you’re buying your first home.
Maybe you’re self-employed and your income doesn’t fit neatly into a box.
Maybe your family is growing, you’re moving, refinancing or renewing.
Maybe life changed and you’re figuring out what comes next.
You don’t need to know what mortgage you need.
You don’t even need to know what questions to ask.
That part? We can figure out together.
So, what are we figuring out?
Buying? Refinancing? Renewing? Planning ahead?
Or maybe you just have a mortgage question that’s been living rent-free in your brain.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before you reach out.
